1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the cm8asia.pro website, its mobile app, and all services provided under the CM8Asia brand.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account at CM8Asia.
• "Company" refers to the entity that operates and owns the CM8Asia platform.
• "Real Money" refers to real funds deposited by the user into their account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to credits granted by CM8Asia to users through promotions or rewards programs.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the wagering amount that must be met before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before a withdrawal is processed.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the CM8Asia platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gaming ban list issued by any regulatory body.
• Register using true, accurate, and current personal information.
• Residing in a geographic region where the use of cm8asia services is permitted.
• Not be experiencing a gambling problem recognized or classified by a mental health professional.

Cm8asia reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts confirmed to have been opened by underage players will be terminated immediately and all balances forfeited.

3 User Account

After successful registration, you are responsible for:

• Keep your account information up to date and accurate at all times, including your phone number and email address.
• Store your password securely and never share it with anyone.
• Complete the KYC verification process when requested — including submitting a valid ID, proof of address, and payment method details.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to the CM8Asia support team immediately.

Cm8asia reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict your account for verification or security investigation purposes without prior notice. During this period, access to your funds may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Cm8asia supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, Boost, and bank transfer. All financial transactions on cm8asia are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under your own account name.
• Your first withdrawal request requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time ranges from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
• Cm8asia does not charge additional fees for processing deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Cm8asia reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by CM8Asia are subject to specific conditions stated in each promotional offer. In general:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be fulfilled through the stipulated wagering requirement.
• Each player is eligible to claim the first deposit bonus once only.
• Cm8asia reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system through methods such as arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or coordinating with other players is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds expire after 30 days if the wagering requirement is not met within that period.

6 Game Rules

All games on CM8Asia are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified. This ensures the fairness and randomness of every game outcome. Additional rules that apply:

• All game results are final. CM8Asia does not accept disputes based on alleged technical issues that cannot be verified by our system.
• In the event of a software error or technical disruption that affects the fairness of a game, cm8asia reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are stated within the game interface itself.
• Live casino games are subject to additional rules set by the respective game providers.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cm8asia platform and may result in permanent account termination and legal action where applicable:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempted money laundering through the CM8Asia platform.
• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account limits.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing CM8Asia customer support staff.

8 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting the cm8asia support team. All valid real money balances will be refunded to you once verification is complete. cm8asia reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• We have detected fraudulent or suspicious activity associated with your account.
• You fail to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee after that period).

9 Liability Limit

Cm8asia is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet service disruption or technical issues on the part of your internet service provider.
• Game outcomes resulting from the player's own strategic weaknesses or wagering decisions.
• Losses resulting from the player's own disclosure of login credentials to third parties.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages even if CM8Asia has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, and protection of your personal information by CM8Asia is subject to our Privacy Policy separate policy. By using the CM8Asia platform, you agree to how we manage your personal information as described in that Privacy Policy. In summary, CM8Asia collects and uses your data solely for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and service improvement purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

Cm8asia is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to help users manage their playing habits:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limit — set a maximum deposit limit based on a chosen time period.
• Loss Limit — limit the amount you can lose within a set time period.
• Temporary Break — suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — close your account permanently or for an extended period.

12 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where CM8Asia is registered and licensed. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration before any legal action is taken.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
