No need to worry about your session suddenly dropping mid-game. cm8asia uses smart session management technology to keep your connection stable throughout your entire gaming session.
While cm8asia has implemented a range of advanced technical security measures to protect your account, the most effective security starts with you. Here are the best practices we recommend to all cm8asia members to keep their accounts safe.
Create a password with at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse the same password from your other accounts such as email or social media.
Enable 2FA through your account settings. Each time you log in, you will receive an OTP code via SMS as an extra security layer that blocks unauthorized access.
Do not log in to your cm8asia account over free WiFi at cafes, shopping malls, or other public places, as these networks can be easily intercepted by malicious parties.
Make sure you click "Log Out" once you're done playing, especially if you're on a shared device. This prevents others from accessing your account without permission.
Cm8asia will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If anyone requests your login credentials on behalf of cm8asia, please report it to our support team immediately.
Sometimes you may run into issues when trying to log in to your cm8asia account. Don't worry — here are solutions to the most common login problems reported by our members.

Make sure your phone number is active and has good signal. OTPs typically arrive within 60 seconds. If you still haven't received one, tap "Resend" or reach out to our support team via live chat.
